Peek of the Week: 3/12/10

Well tomorrow is Friday, and you know what that means: NEW MOVIES!!!!! So here is the PEEK OF THE WEEK (DRUMROLL PLEASE)

Out on DVD this week is:

Precious (100%) (Recommendation of the week)
Old Dogs (40%)
Pirate Radio (60%)
Planet 51 (60%)
The Boondock Saints II
Up in the Air (80%)
Also available: Hachiko: A Dog's Story; Possession; Paris

AND out in theaters this week is a couple of comedies and dramas.

The comedies are:

She's Out of my League (R; 105 Mins; Wide; I'M DYING TO SEE IT)
about a lonely (and geeky) average Joe meets a gorgeous babe that falls for him.

and Our Family Wedding (PG-13; ; 1,500 theaters; A little interesting)
where a couple too suddenly announce their marriage plans, they soon discover that their fathers can wreak a major amount of havoc on their special day.

and in dramas we got:

Green Zone (R; 115 Mins; 2900 theaters; Interested)
where Matt Damon and director Paul Greengrass re-team for their latest electrifying thriller set in the chaotic early days of the Iraqi War. (I swear Matt is going to get nominated for the Oscars next year for this film.)

and finally, there's Remember Me (PG-13; 112 Mins; 1,900 theaters; Interested, even though I hate Robert this film is INTERESTING.)
that Robert didn't think anyone could possibly understand what he was going through until the day he met Ally through an unusual twist of fate. (As if "remembering Robert Pattison" is that hard.)

Well, join me in reviewing one of those films by summiting your review for the film here, and tune in to see MY film review of the films.
